Election Tribute - Great Flower Flag

This was the flag of 34 stars made in 1861. It featured a great star pattern of a flower petal. It featured the traditional 13 red and white stripes and the blue background for the stars. The petal-like curves of the star were graceful and poetic. This flag was believed to be inspired by those who called this country "Beautiful as a flower..."
